THE APPROACH
Older homes don’t reward guesswork. Here’s how a project runs, from the first walkthrough to the last coat.
01
We walk it together
I look at what’s there before talking about what’s next — what’s solid, what’s hiding damage, and what’s worth repairing instead of replacing.
02
You get it in writing
Scope, materials, and price, itemized before anyone picks up a tool. If something changes mid-project, you hear it from me first — not on the invoice.
03
Matched to the house
New trim and millwork get cut to match what’s already on the wall, so the repair settles into the room instead of announcing itself.
04
Same hands, start to finish
I’m on site doing the work, not managing a rotating crew. The site gets cleaned up daily, and we walk the finished job together before it’s closed out.
“It’s an honor to be welcomed into your homes.”
